These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of products sold by Quantum Field Enterprises under the brand Quantum Spray Bucket.

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Payment Methods

We accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• UPI

• Net Banking

• Debit/Credit Cards (via secure payment gateway)

COD payments must be made in full at the time of delivery.

2. Pricing

• All prices are listed in INR and include applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• Orders are confirmed after successful payment or COD acknowledgment.

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

• Cancellations after dispatch may incur shipping deductions.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to incorrect details, payment failure, or suspected fraud.

4. Warranty

• All products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse or accidental damage

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Normal wear and tear

5. Product Usage Disclaimer

The Quantum Spray Bucket is intended for household, outdoor, and light commercial use only.
We are not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse or unsafe handling.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand assets including product design, logo, packaging, and creative materials are the intellectual property of Quantum Field Enterprises.
Unauthorized use or imitation is strictly prohibited.

7. Bulk Orders

Products are intended for end-users only.
We reserve the right to decline bulk or reseller orders without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the product.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
