The empty unit weighs approximately 3kg, making it lightweight and portable. When filled with 15L of water, the total weight is around 18.5kg.
No, for safety reasons, the sprayer cannot be used while the battery is charging. Please disconnect the charger before use.
The battery is rated for 500+ charge cycles while maintaining 80% or more of its original capacity, ensuring years of reliable use.
Yes, you can add mild soap or detergent. We recommend diluting it properly and rinsing the system thoroughly after use to prevent buildup in the pump and nozzle.
Use the water flow control knob on the spray nozzle to adjust pressure from gentle mist to powerful jet. The pump provides consistent 6 LPM flow rate.
The hose expands from 2 meters to 6 meters when water flows through it, giving you excellent reach without the hose being bulky or heavy.
Rinse with clean water after each use, especially if you used soap. Empty the bucket, wipe it dry, and store in a cool place. Clean the nozzle monthly to remove mineral deposits.
First, check if the battery is charged. Ensure all connections are secure and the power switch is on. If the problem persists, try charging the battery or contact our support team.
Check for: clogged filter, kinked hose, low battery charge, or blocked nozzle. Clean the filter and nozzle, straighten the hose, and ensure the battery is fully charged.
Ensure there's water in the bucket and the hose isn't kinked or blocked. Check that the inlet filter isn't clogged. The pump may also need priming if it's been stored empty.
The warranty covers factory defects in materials and workmanship including the pump, battery, and structural components. It does not cover damage from drops, misuse, or normal wear.
